Red Nose Day
Red Nose Day falls on Friday 18th March so we are planning to hold a pirate theme day. The nursery will be decorated and we would like the children to dress as a pirate or pirate related character. The fee of £1.00 is required from all pirates!
If the weather allows, the children will take part in a Red Nose Car Washing activity on Thursday 17th March. For a fee the children will help wash the cars in the school staff car park. I hope our staff will dig deep in their pockets!
We are holding an open morning and afternoon on Wednesday 30th March and Thursday 31st March. The parents of the children in the Blue and Red groups are invited along on Wednesday 30th and Green and Yello groups on Thursday 31st. Easter activities and fun will be running throughout these days.
NURSERY NEWS
The new nursery children are settling in well and they, along with the returning children, are looking forward to lots of exciting events during this coming term. Although not new to the school, Mrs Porteous is new to the nursery and is excited about the new challenges this post will bring.
